hi ,very pleased to have completed my 5yr iva last month with fantastic help from stepchange.
i rent @ present with my partner and 2 children.
im looking to get back onto the housing market. To my dismay Apparently i dont qualify for the 2 new types of isa the government just brought out ??.(as im 45 and once owned a home which i sold in fear of going bankrupt).
my question is there any alternatives to the above?. many thanks for reading.
Hi -- that would be a question to be answered by an independant financial advisor and is not in the remit of this forum. Rgerading mortgages in general, we have tweo whole of market brokers, Ryan and Shaun, whose details can be found under the "Quick Links" tab (top left) and then under "The Teram" on the drop down -- they are yellow industry experts on the listing.
Both are very experienced in the adverse credit market and have helped many of our members obtain competitive mortgages post IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
