Is it correct that I don't have to do another annual review ?

good morning, i have 1 payment left to complete the 60 month IVA. following that payment a 12 month extension will apply in lieu of equity. the monthly payment for this has already been set and i will continue to pay £375 per month for a further 12 months . i haven't been asked to do another annual review - i am wondering if this is correct as i dont want to be in breach in any way but the instructions regarding the further 12 month payment is quite clear with no mention of review required .

There will be a final review at the end of the extension and there should be one now, per the arrangements terms. It is possible that your IP has done a "rubber stamp" review, but I would be inclined to check to avoid surprises later on .... enquire by email or letter to get a paper trail.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
