I'm contesting 2 alledged missed payments with company that has taken over IVA

I have been on an IVA now for 6 years a new company has taken over the payment plan which should have finished January 2017 this new company have sent us a letter telling me an my partner the iva has been extended until August 2017 due too 2 payment breaks which according too records show 6 months where they reckon we have agreed too these payment breaks in the 6 year period I am contesting this as I have only agreed too 4 missed payments I have bank records too prove this

Do contest it - ask them to send you proof.

I agree ... ask them to send you an account of payments received, which you can check against your bank statements showing payments made.
