Hi , im super stressed at the moment! We have our variation meeting tomorrow morning for our full and final offer . I cant stop worrying that they will say no . We offered 8000 with i think was about £90 below what they would of got if it continued but im worried because of the £900 our company have added on just to call the meeting . Anyone have any positive experiences with full and final offers ?
Chances are that the £900 meeting fee will be knocked down by the creditors anyway .... the majority of offers do get accepted these days -- especially in cases where the offer is so high -- don't forget, to counter that extra fee the creditors will be making ongoing savings in admin costs over the term of the IVA had it run its course.
My F&F was accepted on payments made to date ... so they were getting no extra ... but, of course my circumstances were such that the IVA couldn't continue anyway.
