Hi is there a cooling off period after IVA is agreed?

Hi. No, there is not. You need to be sure you want to go ahead before the creditors meeting.

Agree - once accepted the only thing you can do is let it fail.

I my have changes to my circumstances that will allowed me to pay what I own to my debitors, my meeting is scheduled for 12.05.17.

If that is the case you need to sort it now. Speak to your prospective IP.

All you need do is cancel the meeting. Most IP's will not charge for work done thus far (though some might, depending upon what terms you agreed at the outset).

Cancel now if any chance you can sort it - you can always reconvene later if things don't work out

You do not have to proceed with the IVA and if there are any conditions you have to agree with those. If the meeting has not taken place and you have not agreed the terms then cancelling should be easy.
