I work in estates and facilities in the NHS and it didn't affect my employment, I also know someone else in my division who was made bankrupt and he was okay too. But we do not handle money but we do raise orders and sign invoices for large sums of money
Most jobs within the NHS should be immune from the effects of an IVA, unless you are in a post requiring membership of a professional body which prohibits insolvency.
