Hi guys. Just a quick question, please. My husband got some extra money from overtime so as a good debtors we knew we have to pay some of it towards IVA. On the payday we rang Creditfix and been told to send an email with picture of payslip so we did. We haven't hear anything from them for a week so we have contacted them again and guess what, still no respond. What would you do in that situation?

Put the funds to one side and wait for the response.

As Lisa says -- put the money aside and await or push for a response. Your proposal will say what amount is due, depending on whether you have the "10%, 50/50" rule or just straight "50/50".
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thank you. I done as you said. No point to contact customer service anymore, so I emailed directly my IP as it seems like its the only way to get a response from them. I bet she hates me
Rang them again today as week ago I done my yearly review and usually heard back from them same day or next day the lastest. Lady from the review team said it was accepted a week ago they just forgot to inform me so she apologize!!!!!!! :x
