Firstly I’d like to say thank you, over the last couple of years this forum has helped a great deal not only reading what people have been asking but also the experts advice on questions I’ve asked.
A month ago I was in the fortunate position to be given cash to pay off my Iva early and at a reduced rate which was accepted by Ebenegate. One month on I haven’t heard anything from them apart from the departing emailing saying that they had received the cash and it was completed.
What happens now in terms of moving forward when should I expect the completion certificate and what do I do to help get a better credit score?
Congratulations on reaching the end !

The completion certificate could take up to 6 months to arrive --- but many firms manage this a lot sooner -- Ebenegate, being relatively new on the scene, are an unknown performer at this stage. Fingers crossed that it doesn't take too long.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
