I have just received an annual statement/arrears notice from one of my creditors-Novuna who used to be Hitachi.
In the letter they state that "These notices will continue to be issued until the arrears have been paid"
Does this mean at the end of my IVA arrears HAVE been paid or will I continue to receive these notices for life.
I'm still struggling to understand the procedures after an IVA (1 year left)

Creditors are obliged to issue statements on accounts, but often suppress these once an IVA has been put in place. Until such time as the IVA successfully concludes the loans still exist. However, on completion, the loans are legally written off and there will be nothing from which to issue accounts, so these statements should cease at that time.

Ok, ty.
Would it be worth me contacting them and asking them not to send any more statements?
