Hello Lou, and welcome to the forum.

I think that an IVA should be possible while working for a bank. However, it might be worth checking with your HCM department.

This will entirely depend on the terms and conditions of the particular bank and the function that you will be performing there.

Best advice is to speak with the Bank's HR department.

You can generally do this on an anonymous basis, I have found that some banks will let you do but others won't so best to speak anonymously at first.
