Just had the phone call... not good at present... Capital One and Halifax voted Yes but American Express voted No. IP hopes that it can be addressed just by answering a question etc but at present not feeling overly hopeful :(

With all these creditors meeting I am wearing out the carpet pacing for everyone. I think everyone is close on this board & genuinely feels for others.My motto is keep busy!

I think when mine comes round I will have to be sedated [: D][:D]

Whats the best way to do a DMP if my IVA fails? We are moving overseas in about 6 months to a year as well.

Apparently Eversheds are acting for AMEX who rejected. IP said he faxed all the information that they required (unsure what that was) and that it was now a waiting game!!!!
