Hi
Well done to all, wish I had put money on a treble, just shows that creditors seem to be warming to IVAs.Not always the impresion that you get when you read the press
reports on IVAs

Congratulations to all!

May I just make one suggestion, though. Please, please, check your chairmans reports before you sign them. Some of the modifications put forward can be quite complex and the full gist of them might not have been fully grasped over the phone, particularly in your relief at getting your IVA approved. Although there probably won't be a problem, now that most of the more draconian ones from the past have now fallen into disuse, the mods still form an important part of your IVA. To avoid future potential for grief, if there is anything in the mods you don't understand, ask your IP firm straight away.

Having said that I imagine that great weights have come off your shoulders today. Enjoy your celebratory drinks tonight[:)]

Thanks everyone

Im enjoying a nice bottle off white as we speak

Received my mods, there where lots of and some complicated ones but mostly wordy changes, got a few questions for my IP but dont think they are to onerous.

Meeting has been adjourned for 3pm tomorrow but but hoping its just a formality

Heres to a debt free life, the next 5 years wont be easy im under no illusion about that but lets be honest i think i deserve 5 years of living in an IVA as it was me who got me into such a messs.

Feel like ive been given another chance that i maybe dont deserve, but I intend to take it with both hands

Glad to see there's nothing too onerous. Now there's light at the end of the tunnel!
