isn't it just typical! got admitted to hospital on Thursday as dr thought i needed checking over, blood pressure sky high, headaches etc. (im only 33) had to endure 2 nights in hospital having cat scans and lumber puncture (no way are they doing that to me again) going back in today. (sure its all stress related) woke up this morning and hubby presented me with our proposals to sign, HURRAY. Opened the patio curtains and 'Mr wind' had decided that we obviously do not have enough on our plate and presented me with a blown down fence....think i might be up for a lottery win on Wednesday. lol[;)]

Hi
Maybe your luck will change soon and your IVA will be agreed.
Just check who is responsible for the fence, mine blew down a year ago and my neighbour informed me that it was my responsibility.Guess what, checked the deeds and it was his.
I enjoyed telling him.
