I have just got a reply back from Tenon to the following question:-

While your company are in the process of closing my IVA am I still open to the terms and conditions of the agreement with regards to Bonuses, Overtime and other windfall payments?

Answer:-

I can confirm that you have fulfilled your obligations under the terms of the Arrangement and as such will not be required to make any further contributions.

So I would say you can win the lotto this weekend Jessica. :-)

Well done all for pushing on this, and well done Tenon for getting it sorted.

Interesting to hear they were aware of this thread (c'mon, who's the mole [:D] ). Let's hope they join up.

All is well that ends well - and sometimes with the larger firms who are tied to accountancy practices they have to comply with the red tape. I am sure the IPs involved are delighted that they can get back to their day job again, and get those cases closed.

Someone must be monitoring the forum. Pity they cant post as it's great when there is someone to answer questions.
