Well the response I got to my questions was an email asking me to phone them to discuss.

Phoned to be told that all our questions and activity on here had helped the IPs convince the Tax office that they should be allowed to close cases as normal and that I should be getting my certificate in the next 6 weeks.

I said the same Jan, think its another disadvantage of being part of a large company, like the one I work for, you would have to get everything to say approved by PR/legal departments to ensure you are giving the companies viewpoint.

Good that they watch and listen though and once again so, so, so pleased I found this forum. Its been an invaluable source of help and support for me over the years.

Love you all xx
