Just make sure bank accounts/mobile phones/mortgage are all up to date and that all helps.

Jed, would you mind letting me know the contact details for alex at creditfix? He sounds very helpful, and I prefer if possible to email someone direct rather than just pinging off a message to the generic customer service desk! Thanks

Congrats JED, isn't it a marvellous feeling. We sent our own review in May and then our own house valuations etc in June...never heard a thing. Wrote to them last week saying we were concerned as we are nearing the end.

Got a phone call today she said that basically they work on the 'no news is good news' basis and that our contributions are up to date, property excluded and only two more payments due. OMG I was in shock, so pleased I wrote to them. PPI needs doing but they have our go ahead to investigate and then it will be paid over to IVA meanwhile they will be closing the account and we'll get our CC shortly after. Even confirmed with me that I can cancel the standing order the day after the payment is made. SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!

Lou if you know the full name of the person like joe blogs then the email is joe.blogs@creditfixme.co.uk that's based on the email I got for my assigned person.

Many Thanks LeaKybrain, I emailed yesterday and have had a reply today. Sounds much the same as your phone conversation. Payments are up to date and I can cancel my standing order, I have to sign something to do with PPI, then they will issue my CC!!! So exciting!!
Will be running to my door when the postman arrives every day now I think!
I was also very excited to log on here after my last payment date to see the words "iva completed" on my profile, instead of the countdown too. Its the little things I suppose!!

Hi Lou
Sorry have been away from a decent internet signal for a few days and only just seen your post. Looks like you don’t need the email now? Congratulations on nearly finishing. Your right it is very exciting, we still can’t believe we’ve done it!
I think for us, for all the mistakes we made before the IVA, we managed to do our very best to do the honourable thing and pay back as much as we could.
We are not proud of how we got into debt but we are b***** proud of how we got out of it!
