Hi Everyone

Hope you are all well

Since my IVA was completed by F&F i have been on my first holiday in 2 years had a great time, and have treated myself to some new clothes. My spending has been sensible, i could go crazy if i want to with the extra money but i havent and i am now on the road to saving.

I am still waiting for my completion certificate to come through i rang my IVA company and they said my case has been passed to the Insolvency Practioner to sign off.

There has been a delay as they had to give one of the creditors 28 days legally to lodge a claim (Oct 1st was the deadline) for an overdraft which was included in my iva proposal, but i never actually had as it was cleared before the IVA started.

I hope my IVA gets wrapped up soon and i receive the paperwork soon especially as its my birthday next week! Will keep you all posted.

Kind Regards

It's all coming together for you Kool, hopefully that certificate will turn up soon.

Have a great birthday.
