well...i am absolutely fuming

got a reply this morning which after being told there was no outstanding ppi in July.... i now have a letter that there is 3 outstanding PPI cases to be sorted. Letter then says....

Until all ppi investigations have been concluded we are unable to close cases and issue a Cert of Completion, However, we now have a solution to deal with this

This involves drafting a report to your creditors which requests that we issue you with your Cert of Completion but then give your supervisor the authority to deal with any outstanding PPI outside of the IVA arrangement.

i have Today referred your case to our variations team to draft the report. A copy will be sent to you within the next Three to Four weeks and then a meeting arranged with your creditors for 28 days time. Once the meeting has been approved your case will be passed to our completions team to issue your Cert of Completion...

It's a standard template letter which they could have dealt with in the time it took them to reply to you, not dawdle over it for 4 weeks !!

what fantastic news, really well done[:)]

if like me , you will have found the final 12 months have flown and now you only have 2 left.

look forward to the new year and the extra money you will have each month

I look back on my IVA as being a huge turning point in my life ; i only wish i had learned to live without credit at the age of 20 instead of 40 !!

best wishes and happy new year
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012

I finished paying my IVA in Feb this year....the meeting was for PPI to be handed over to the IP so Completion Cert could be issued as its been a total waste of time the last few months
