I didn't think today could get much worse, I'm supposed to be alseep as im on nights and back to work tonight
First i got home this morning and broke a tooth on a piece of toast so been in agony all day, cant go to th dentist as a) i have to wait in for a delivery of my cooker and b) i need to sleep.
Then i heard the post went to pick it up and I've got a CCJ form to fill in from one of my creditors!! Then to top it all off The Northern Rock phoned me to inform me i'm now 2 months behind in my mortgage and they are going to start repossession proceedings! I COULD pay them 1 month to prolong it but as I told them based on a telephone interview with the consumer Credit council, after doing an I & E they've advised us to go Bankrupt i really need that £500 to pay one of our Bankruptcy payments. Any suggestions as to the best course of action based on my current situation - My partner is very worried that Northern Rock will kick us out before we've managed to find somewhere else to live!?
Should i pay May's mortgage to give us another months grace or use that money to find somewhere to live/or bankruptcy fees?
