so for me and kids would you say £320 for food a month is to high?
can you add pocket money, kids hobbies and sports
an emergency fund for repairs to electricals or replacement of goods?

You will usually have to fund Christmas and Birthdays from your contingency and any savings that you make, I think, but if you write everything down tonight that you pay, use that CCCS list, then Tina will tell you what you are not allowed.

Tina will completely guide you in terms of what is acceptable to your creditors - so I would not worry and let her do most of the work tomorrow!
