I wonder what has made them change their mind about the level of payments ? If it was due to something that you had already told them about, then it is very poor service, but sometimes it transpires that people's initial budgets are wrong and they can actually afford more than they originally claimed, I'm not saying anything about what heppened in your case, but it happens on quite a lot of my cases that when the budget is done what people can afford is different from what they originally said, I do try to agree with them the level of payments though before they stop making creditor payments.
