Got letter from Creditor regarding settlement Req

They are asking for Info On:

Full Statement Of I And E

As not receiving benefit AWaiting it

Will he still include expenses as if he had money coming in.
Living with Relatives so lodging is not exactly paid as have no income. Cancelled car insurance as unable to use BUT unable to make payments. Living off support of relatives, till hopefully claim for IN Benefit gets awarded

Evidence oF income Applied for Incapacity Benefit, but claim has not been processed yet, so uable to show benefits received

Bank statements not a problem

Last question

Medical report on Short and long term inability.

Believe this be different to sick notes.

Can ask doctor for letter, Maybe a charge so who pays. To what extent should the medical report contain has it got be be full in depth.

Could imagine all creditors want to see these do i just send them copies??
