most of credit is with halifax will they vote yes to iva i always pay all my credit in full

Halifax didnt vote on my IVA, i owed them £1300 over three accounts

no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life - 48 payments to go

i need halifax to vote yes to my iva coz most of my credit is with them

You only need 75% of the voting creditors to vote 'yes'.
If you owe £50k, but the creditors who vote are only worth £10k of that then you need £7.5k to vote 'yes'.
I owed £47k but only £23k actually voted. My biggest creditor didn't bother.

Halifax vote through The Insolvency Exchange (TIX) and in my case, they voted yes with modifications.
