I will be paying slightly less in to the mortgage than my boyfriend in the new property. Moving will actually put me in a better position than my current circumstance (due to sharing bills),and therefore would probably be of benefit to my creditors as i may be able to pay slightly more back. I have someone interested in renting my property for a long term let too. What do you think? So pleased i founf this sight and you, although my IP is helpful, don't want to bother her all the time!

As long as it does not affect your ability to make your IVA payments, I cannot personally see a problem, and I am sure that your IP will agree with me when you do find time to talk to her. And make sure you let us know how you get on.

How would my partner buy the beneficiary interest in a new house? Would my creditors stop us from being able to sell our new house?
