I managed to speak to someone from ClearStart and they have now 'found' my file.someone will contact me in a few days to gather more information and hopefully things will start to move forward.I am now hooked on this site,it is so interesting.

ClearStart seem to get consistently good reviews on the forum - and I expect they are currentlv very busy with "post-Christmas" enquiries / arrangements.

It is easy to get a bit impatient when waiting to get an IVA etc. off the ground but its a major decision in life - so its vital to take the time at the start to get it right.

How long have you been with them? Did you contact more than one company, which is recommended.

We are with Clearstart and they have been fantastic with us, very speedy and very professional from the first telephone call on the 5th November 2007 to when our IVA was approved on the 27th December 2007. Even now when I send an email with a query or question they always answeer within 24 hours.
Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I also recommend Clearstart but always keep copies of everything, be assertive and make enquiries and get names, things do get lost sometimes no mater who you are with if in doubt send it twice even this does not hurt
