hi all
i have been in my iva for a while now and have probably learnt more from this forum about debt etc than anywere else so thanks for that
my iva is in my name only and reading this forum am i right in assuming that my ip only uses the figures on my ie sheet regarding my wifes earning to show she is paying her share in the monthly costs .
my situation is slighlty diffrent from most as i work away all week and incuur my own food costs etc however this has always been the case she has just got a new job with a rise of 600 a month although i am still the highest earner in the house by approx double i am just worried that this rise will be pointless as it will be added to my monthly payments
thanks in advance
26/60

I believe that oce your IP is satisfied that you are both paying your fair share to the household and the IVA is in your name only, any extra your wife earns is hers to keep.
If this is not the case im sure somebody will be along to correct me.
