I should have known when my I first woke this morning that it was going to be one of those days.......

The house looked like it was a war zone, (my 7yr old's idea of playing schools and my husband's idea of keeping an eye on her!)

Anyhow got hubby got off to work, now to prise my 19yr son off the Wii to get him off to work...I admit defeat and leave him to it...

9.45 he's dashing off to work, starts at 10.00, 20 mins journey, road's icy, I shout at him to drive carefully....

afore mentioned daughter opens kitchen drawer-bit too quickly and forcefully-and the drawer crashes to the floor, spilling it's bursting contents all over the kitchen floor......

Next to bath my ever-whiffy staffy...not an easy job at the best of times, she escapes and showers the walls with smelly-staffy-scent!!!!!

Postman arrives with a letter from the bank, they going to charge £19.50 as Virgin Media have attempted to withdraw £93.60 from the account and there wasn't sufficient funds, surprise there!!!!.....phone Virgin, seems I've been charge for 6 month's Broadband in one go.....Virgin accept their fault, apologise, promise to refund the bank charge but can't tell my why the overcharge has occured, computer error, nothing new there then, eh?????

Try to log into my online banking and get blocked......

Tidy the lounge, looks no better, (afore mentioned 7yr old!!!!)

All this and I haven't even stepped out of the house yet, need to go food shopping yet with £65.......somehow don't think I'll have much luck with the lottery, think I'll save my £2.........[:(] [:(]
It's nice to be back......

Hahaha That did make me chuckle. Nut I know exactly where you are coming from. I have twin daughters 18 months and their idea of help is taking everything out of everywhere all the time!!

Hey!!

Welcome to my world!! lol!!

I have 6 screaming girls running around after two nights of sleep overs!! A kitchen full of dodgey coloured icing after they decided to make cakes.

A son who is mothered to death by them all and is running around in a pink tutu!!

I haven't seen the colour of my carpets upstairs for the past two days.

And I too have a smelly staffy!!! lol!!

Wouldn't have it any other way!!!

Things will get cleaned up and as much as my staffy hates a shower we all love her to bits!!

Keep smiling its a great day!!

I had one of them days too.
We drove to chesterfield to buy a battered range rover for mr skint to offroad......after eventually finding it he was follwing behind me and i lost him...then lost myself. Little boy wet himself and i had to drag him across a main road, cold and soaking wet to find a phone to ring mr skint. He eventually found us and we headed back.
I thought i would be cocky coz had borrowed a sat nav.........i shot past him and thought hehe i will be home nice and warm before him..HOW WRONG WAS I !
I broke the world record for how many times you can go wrong WITH a sat nav.
Nearly drove through the middle of a roundabout on the WRONG side of the road and had to skid and turn round.
Burned a hole in back seat of the car coz i threw me fag out and it came back in.
Finally i got home 5 minutes befor mr skint LOL.
Perhaps i would be better just going to bed and giving up on whats left of today

Usually i wont drive if its somewhere i dont know but today me skint was saying "oh you will be fine you have the sat nav"
I would have stayed behind him on the way home but i was really bored driving behind a sheddy old range rover and i was busting for a wee to the point i was almost driving with me legs crossed. After all the mess ups and detours i would have been better wetting myself and suffering the embarassment when i got home.

Still i suppose it was a bit of an adventure (i dont get out much LOL)

I am a big fan of Sat Nav's but......

I find that they have a very sarcastic voice when you do go the wrong the way, mine always tells me 'perform a U turn, Perform a U turn, Perform a U turn, Perform a U turn'

Yes u have told me once, you dont need to say again and just want to throw it out of the window.

If it have given me clear direcitons in the first place, i would not have to perform a U turn !!!

Mrs. wen is a Man Utd fan. Mr. wen is an Arsenal fan.

Mr. wen has had 'one of those days'.

Although Mr & Mrs. wen was highly amused by Barnsley beating Liverpool [:D]

Mrs Wen, I'm a Man Utd fan and thought that yesterday was a VERY good day - I hope you're not gloating too much!

As for Liverpool and Barnsley, what can I say other than heeee heeee!!!
