Due to the DTI/BERR considering legal action against the IVA Council for unauthorised use of a government logo we have suspended their forum membership until this is resolved.

We are not taking a view on whether the actions of the IVA Council are good or bad. We do believe there has been mis selling of IVAs in the past but we also believe that this has largely been eradicated due to forums such as this.

Anyone who feels that they have been missold an IVA should contact an official body. Perhaps Melanie could suggest the appropriate tel number?

They are a bunch of cowboys dont listen to anything they say go on the insolvency service website
