hmmm pre meeting jitters definately setting in here and its not till the 19th. well I just wondered if anyone has had the same creditor combo as me or similar...and what your results were?
HSBC loan 17500
HSBC overdraft 1000
HSBC card 700
Marbles 8000
GE 350
Benificial card 6500
Cahoot 5000
8 down 65 to go!

For me, Marbles accepted, Cahoot rejected (but were outvoted).
I have since found out that Cahoot rejected because my IP refused to add the equity release clause into my IVA even though the proposal was already for 66 months.

Shazzles I'm about to post my results of the creditors meeting once I've read all the new posts and had my coffee, have a read as I had HSBC as my main creditor!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi shazzles,
I too had an HSBC loan and o/d.
They voted yes to my IVA and were one of the "supportive" creditors.

HSBC voted yes for me as well, albeit with modifications.
