I've seen these too, and seemed like a good idea, however, if you want to quit on the cheap, you should consider registering with your local NHS stop smoking clinic. It could take a month or so to get on (in the mean time, you can still puff away!), but you get your meds at prescription rates. The patches are good, they take the craving away almost completely, (and give you some amazing vivid dreams!!), plus you can take one other form of stimulant. I took the gum, but it wasnt good for me. They do a fake cigarette too, but it's not as appealing as the one on that site.
Despite all of this, you will need a BIG BOX of WILLPOWER. It aint easy, and I admit Im struggling, but as always, its a money thing...
