Perhaps you are still eating too much without realising? Not doing enough exercise?

FD - take a look at your portion sizes, thats my problem. I eat healthy but too much of it [:D]

I use a smaller plate now and it helps. Also, try not to eat fruit within 20mins of a meal...don't know why, heard it somewhere[:D]

i thought fruit was healthy but it has natural sugars-fructose so not so healthy after all.
maybe i should eat celery-urrgh and carrot batons for 2 weeks.
read this awful story once regarding diet pills.
apparently a brand had tape worms in the pill and when people took them the tape worm grew inside them eating all the food and thats how they lost weight arrrgh scary [:0]

Don't touch diet pills Fergie - they either are a waste of time, or need a prescription and those sort usually have unpleasant side effects - I know, I've taken them!

What about Slim Fast?

They do all sorts of things now FD - the bars are quite nice and they have soups and everything.

Find a friend who is fatter. You wont lose weight but you will feel better about yourself!!!

Or pick a charity and decide a realsitic amount of weight to lose and get yourself sponsored to do it. A little extra pressure can be great for spurring you along.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

I tried Slimfast once but I put on weight as I was having the milkshakes and I was so hungry I was eating food as well!

I'm fat as well Fergie - I need to lose 2st before I go on holiday in June, but even that's motifying me! I've bought the Claire Richards exercise DVD and it's brilliant - some cheesy music and a lot of hard work!
