Does anyone else bruise really easy? I get bruises at the slightest touch and sometimes don't notice them until someone points them out.

As I've been typing I've noticed a nice one on my knuckles! Now unless I've been puching hubby in my sleep....which I don't think so, how on earth I have got this one [?]

Happens to me all the time!

I have one on each forearm at the moment and have no idea how they got there!

Julie, bruising easily can often be down to deficiencies which can be shown up in a simple blood test. Have a chat with your GP.

Oh and the blood test will of course leave an extra bruise!!!(oh and check hubby just in case you are beating him up during your sleep)

I've had blood tests done....loads of them and yes I get a lovely bruise from that too [:D]

I wouldn't rule out hubby being the cause...he has night terrors and quite often I'm flung off the mattress in the dead of night !

Seriously,I've always bruised easy as does my 1 daughter and as Jan does to I don't feel so bad [:D]

bruises can be caused by weak blood vessels so even a blood test wouldnt show anything wrong.

I bruise easily as well Julie and I often get bruises and I haven't got a clue how I got them.

Dave doesn't have night terrors, but he does kick me sometimes when he's dreaming. One night he was kicking and hitting me and when I asked him what he was doing he told me he was fighting off the hippos in overalls! Now I know I need to lose weight, but that was a bit insulting!

[:D][:D] oh Skip you do make me laugh!!

Night before last, I was woken up at 3am with hubby trying to turn the mattress over as "he knew I had a snake there"...he looks as if he's wide awake and terrifies me! Then within a few minutes he's back in bed snoring his head off...whilst I'm trying to stop my heart from exploding!!

I tell you if he wasn't so good in the kitchen his days would be numbered [:D]

Are they related Julie?!?! Dave has tried to get rid of the snakes in our bedroom! Like your hubby his cooking skills are a redeeming feature!

I have got my own back though - the amount of times I've had him looking for spiders that don't exist!

[:D][:D][:D] Julie and Skippy!

Fortunately my hubby doesn't do anything like that. He occasionally whimpers in his sleep and does mutter, but that's about it.

I used to sleep walk - apparently my mum would wake up and I'd be standing looking at her! My eyes were open, but I was fast asleep, it must have been so creepy.

Mum also likes to remind me about the time I asked where the cheese was as I had to make Ian Botham a pie!

[:D][:D][:D]

My stepson used to suffer from terrible night terrors. He would scream that they were coming down the walls to get him - never did find out who.

His dad used to have to comfort him, he would never wake up, and then he would settle and he never knew anything about it the following day.

He never gets them now.

I feel quite lucky the OH only snores very loudly!! [:)]
Apparently I wiggle loads as I drift off to sleep and talk in my sleep - that's a bit worrying, I may be giving away secrets!! [:D]
The anxiety we all suffer due to money worries affects us all - I swear by Nytol, one a night. They are guaranteed to get you a really good night's sleep. [:)]

Hubby doesn't remember a thing, just asks why am I in the other room?!?

The very first time I witnesses it he took the curtain pole down and "fought the enemy", I quickly left and went to my daughters for the night [:I]

He does say, I snore....but of course I don't believe him [:D]
