I use spreadsheets for everything. I'm useless at maths, but once I've got the formulae sorted out it means I don't have to think!

ooh Access now you're talking [:D] I recently passed an advanced course...I also passed the ECDL advanced which is a good all round qualification if anyone is thinking of improving IT skills.

Although Lesley is better qualified to advise on IT.

I've done intermediate and advance Exel, but unfortunately I don't use it enough at work to make me remember it.

I'd like to do the ECDL, but paying for anything myself is out of the question at the moment, and there's no training budget at work until things improve!

Hi all, I work in a posh restaurant, but my area of 'expertise' is dressmaking! If you need to know about food, drink or wine or even how to make a corset I'm your girl!
Don't know a thing about spreadsheets though!

Hi jojo,
Well done!! [:)]
Knowledge about food and drink will be useful and it's great to be back in the real world - away from spreadsheets!! [:)]
I hope you're all having a super Bank Holiday weekend.Unfortunately the sun which was promised didn't appear until 4pm - very disappointing.... [:(]

I love spreadsheets too Julie! I teach ECDL and ECDL Advanced! Mind I know the books, the practice papers and the exam papers by heart but when it comes to figuring out something for myself that's when you really have to think!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
