We used an old sock over the bandage to keep it clean and dry(not easy in soggy scotland),or you can buy the paw cover things but old socks are cheaper!!!!
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Oh no Julie, I so hoped this wouldnt be your little pup. So sorry he has done himself an injury and hoping that he makes good his recovery. Secretly hoping he milks it for all its worth as puppies do. Well ours did when she fell of the sofa, not even a bruise but she had us running round with ice packs and feeling guilty.

Hope your little pup is better soon.
It's hard trying to stop them from moving around when they've hurt themselves, isn't it.
I'm sure he'll be fine.

pup goes back to the vet in the morning....hopefully the bandage will be able to come off. He's got a lot of bald patches all over him..only happened these last couple of days. He's not scratching and no sign of fleas etc...so do you think its because of the stress he's been through? I know I've been pulling MY hair trying to keep him still this week!

It may very well be stress. He may pick up once he has his bandage off and can go for walks.

Fingers crossed.
