I used the plate in the gym, but felt stupid [:D] In my own home it's okay - not sure if sitting on it and watching TV is right though [:D]

LOL Julie. That's the only trouble with trying to exercise at home. TV will always win!

I was goung to buy Zumba, but opted for the plate.

You should borrow your friend's one Lesley. I think its too early to tell if it's doing any good in my case, but I'm keeping at it.

I've bought lots of salad etc, so I can try and be organised this week.

I have no sense of rhythm at all so no good me doing anything that requires co-ordination! Ask hubby - I struggle with The Biggest Loser at times!!

Well done on the weight loss!

I do the Biggest Loser when I get chance which is usually when I'm on a late shift and at weekends so it's not that regular.

i didnt get on at alll with slimming world or weight watchers, because i am vegetarian i had to go on slimming world green, and pasta is free isnt it for some crazy reason, which meant i lost no weight at all!

in the end i went to a nutritionist who told me a plan what i should be eating, it helped me with other health problems and i lost a stack of weight, it was a strict diet but it was what i need and i felt amazing, one off fee of about 40 quid or something i think. totally worth it than week in week out at one of these slimming watchers things!

I will do it!
