Had to post..may be getting a little excited over nothing but been having problems with our Dyson..the pull out handle has been jamming loads and because of the force I had to pull it out with last week it pinched my skin and bruised all my leg. I e-mailed Dyson attaching a picture of the bruise and on Thursday I have the Area Manager coming to see me personally because of, and I quote, 'the nature of my injury'..will keep you all posted!! x

My (our) Dyson is an elderly DC04, after market spares are readily available and with a bit of TLC it still serves us OK, it has had a new hose, mains cable and a new bristle bar. Fingers crossed it will hold out over the next 30 months. It has given me a few bruises over the years but I don't think it owes us anything. [:D][:D]Good luck on Thursday
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

I used to have a dyson but it's died now and I've got a Vax, it's not the same but will have to do. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Good luck Vimto!

We've never had a Dyson but we were given a Vax recently - it's on it's way to the dump shortly as the cheap and cheerful Panasonic it replaced it a better hoover!

We haven't got any carpets so a broom is more use to us!

Sometimes cheap is better!!

Having said that we have had a few Dysons and they've been great. The one we had before that was a Hoover and that hardly lasted anytime at all.
