I came on here two weeks ago as I was desperate, and I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who suggested that I speak to Melanie Giles. In fact, I spoke to the lovely Melanie Nicholas.

One 30 minute conversation and my life has changed.

I was interested to see what the difference would be like between an independant IP and a large "channel five advert" type company would be like. The difference is amazing. The larger company told me a couple of things that were not true, and rather than re-assuring me scared the life out of me!

Thankfully, speaking to Melanie I know have a clearer idea in my mind of what I must do next. Rather than an IVA I will be doing a debt management plan - something that I am a lot more compfortable with.

SO thank you everyone and both Melanies.

I'll keep you posted on my progress.
