I just wanted to let everyone know that we have just had a first review. It was very smooth with a small increase in our payment. I have to say what a great year its been. We have stuck to our budget religiously and have found that we actually have money to do the shopping and have the odd day out with the kids! We have worked hard and took all the chances of overtime and have managed to pay into the IVA a lot more than the required monthly payment due to the overtime and bonuses earned. The only thing we used to argue about was money.........lack of it....but now we know our limits. Life in IVA is great.....so far so good!

bristoclan, what a fantastic post, very positive and a great help I would imagine to anyone looking in. I too find life in an IVA ok and we used to argue about money too but now we don't as we both know there is none!

Hope the remainder of your IVA continues to run smooth for you and I wish you all the best.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
