Got a letter today from Max Recovery and LLoyds to say that Max Recovery had bought our debt. What a broad smile I produced, knowing that MR's track record of updating credit references is far superior and far quicker than Lloyds will ever aspire to be. A bit of good news on a Friday is a wonderful tonic. [:D][:D]
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

I had my M&S debt bought by Max Recovery too ( letter arrived this morning). Apart from their more efficient processing, they might be more amenable to an offer if need be further down the line, as they will have a lot less resting on the dividend :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

It's good to hear that Max Recovery are efficient as they are the ones that have bought my Barclays debt, anyone would be better than Barclays ... they're numpties!

They've also sent little statements from time to time which is much more than I've got from anyone else!
Whoop Whoop!!

Max Recovery bought loads of my debt. Their entry was absolutely correct on my credit report, they sent letters once a year written in a non-provocative way simply updating you on the debt to them and showing my IPs payments which was nice to know it really was being paid off, guess which creditor dropped of my credit report exactly as they should this month , Max Recovery.

And me!! I've moaned about the address being on the envelope earlier, but they did say the letter was for information only, and as per the terms of the agreement they will be dealing with my IVA company. Mind you, M & S have never given me a moment's bother from day one of my DMP etc, and they didn't affect my credit rating during that time (although of course I dunno if the IVA has changed things as I have not looked!)
Final payment 1st April 2016.
Completion Certificate received 19th May 2016.
