I think that Andy might have missed this post - so I can confirm that he lives in a little village somewhere north of the M25 but definately in the Home Counties.

Andy ought to be able to confirm this as I know he is posting tonight! Are you going to pay him a visit Cynth?
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Hi Aguise,

Who checks what is written here? cause I am very wary, you see stuff on the tele all the time about people surfing the net looking for vunerable people.

Hi Cynth

is there any reason why you want to speak to somebody local to you?

if it is a telephone chat then there are some great experts here that might be able to help.

If you desperately need to see somebody face to face then I do have a senior member of my team not far from you but I would encourage you to call an expert first.

Good luck

Hi cynth
The forum is avaliable for all to read, from creditors to anybody. If you dont give any info that is too personal nobody should know who you are. I can assure you I am just someone in an iva who has gained great support from the forum and am continuing and trying to give some back. Feel free as I say to ask for my email I assure you I will not give it to anyone else or mention anything on the forum. If its technical advice that you need rather than some support then I would contact Melanies office for some advice, that would be wholly confidential and initial advice costs nothing.
I read all the time about how great and understanding her staff are.

Hi Cynth
We regularly check what is written on the forum, and anything that we deem suspicious, or that we are unhappy with, is deleted. No-one can access your email. We do all that is possible to maintain anonymity at all times for all posters, except for the professional experts. Meagre pickings indeed for anyone with bad intent !

OK [:)]
Actually it turns out not to be OK as your email address has been returned as not available, Cynth.

Please advise via the 'ask a question' facility,
