Although the contents of this database are not publicised, anyone can search it, and in fact many banks and other consumer lending institutions do search it to find out if any of their customers have gone into IVAs.

Criminal records check will not show an IVA/bankcruptcy or anything financial, I have to have an enhanced CRB check yearly for my position.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
