Good Afternoon Melanie, i'd just like to check if you have changed your e-mail address, as both myself and OH have sent you e-mails and received no response, i have my computer set for a read receipt but get nothing back, so was wondering if i have a problem with my computer, as we would just like to have an update with things.

To be honest you would be better off ringing Melanies firm to find out if as she is not always on here

Hi Suzz

We have had one or two glitches with our e-mail system of late which are getting sorted out. Could you please use that medium in future rather than the forum, as I do not discuss individual cases in such a public arena.
