Is there something I can do to negotiate?

It's all getting a bit complicated - I live in the London area. If my IVA company is entitled to just take all any salary increases I get if I get a promotion - I don't understand where the incentive lies for me to work hard to gain promotions and salary increases if personally I gain nothing? Is there something I can do to negotiate some benefits here?
