how can i clear some of the defaulfts ?

hi i took out an iva in 2006 and i have just looked at my credit report on credit expert and i wish i had gone bankrupt as i was only £10.000 short of paying everyone but now i find i still owe over £24000 to get me satisfactory.is this normal with an iva how can i clear some of thedefaulfts even though they say satisfied thanks garry

The simple answer is you cannot. Even if they are marked as satisfied they will remain on your credit file for 6 years from the start of the default

They wont clear until 6 years after the date of default. I also assume they must be satisfied aswell but im not 100% sure about that.
