hi to all,
not been on for a while as i have finally had my long awaited back operation after being told i could not have it,
it went very well and feeling a little better
my question is that im useing byrom and keely and they have done a fiancial staement for me when i started with them and they are paying one of my creditirs hsc about £48 a month which is more than everyone else and they are trying to get ccj on as they will not accept this amount
byron and keely have been given the chance now to produce this statement to the cout and stop hsc getting their required amount of £110 a month my questin is will hsc get what they want and 2 will i have to go to the court, if so what do i do and say,im on disabily allowance and incapacity

You should ring B&K directly to alleviate your fears, I am sure they will be happy to reassure you.

Whilst I can't really comment upon the specifics of your case, a court will always listen to reason and if all you can afford to pay, on a pro rata basis, is £48 then like as not the court will set in place an order for you to pay that amount. It is highly unlikely also that you would need to attend.

I would ask you at this point, and forgive me if you have answered this before, if you are only on incapacity and disability, is there any reason why you have not looked at bankruptcy instead of DMP?

my husband works and we have enough just to scrape by and also pay byron and keeley so i see no need to go for bankcrupsey
if i had to do this at a point then i would but im not going to jeopodise my kids stability.
also i have a dog to consider and as a former estate agent and lettings negotiator it is not that simple to get rented property with kids or animals.and definatly not with a ccj against you
