Hiya all,and i hope everyones gonna have a lovely long weekend.well its 5 days to go for me,my meeting is on the 28th and im getting really nervous,i was tempted earlier to contact my ip to ask if anyone had agreed already,as i belive some do,but melanie advised me not too on here, which was probably a good idea.over the last few weekes ive gone through being confidant,to being worried to being confidant again...does everyone go through this? What has made me a little more confident is that 2 off my creditors have sent me letters stated that they understand my position, and are happy to deal with my ip in resolving my problems...so thank you egg and capital one!! Once again, hope everyone has a good long weekend

Hate to say this but both egg and capital sent us these letters and we thought great - they then voted against the IVA! Luckily others did vote in favour and we're now 9 months in!

Hi All

Our meeting is on the 28th also, and we are in the same emotional state. Our IP at Payplan as not given us any info on votes. I asked them to but they say nothing as come in yet. I think it has and they are holding back just in case it gives us the wrong impression on how it is going. Because ours is a low offer I think it will be rejected. The odd thing is we stopped paying our creditors and we have had some letters saying some of the things others have had and we have also not had many phone calls, except the Halifax who rang at 8.05 in the morning which shows they will chase at any time.

Good luck to others who are having same day meets and lets hope we are looked on favourably by the gods.

Cheers

Hope you're enjoying your weekend and won't be long for you now. All the best for the 28th and don't forget to let us know how you get on, we'll all be logging on to see.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
