Hi

Anyone out there with DFD and gone through the Review process with them? I'm not due for my 1st one just yet but I'm wondering how this particular company conducts them and what paperwork etc they request...would be very grateful if someone could let me know! Many thanks. [:)]

That's great Lady H - very helpful - thanks very much; by the way - what's your general view on DFD as an IVA provider? My impression is that they are definitely "ok" but a big organization that lacks the personal touch....I haven't heard from them since January when my IVA started....payment is being taken fine from my a/c each month, so I'm just assuming that all is going alright....! Thanks once again [:D]

....not dreading the post or the phone ringing is just SUCH a FANTASTIC relief....[:D] I hadn't realised just how scared - really scared and stressed - I was all the time and it really is wonderful not to have to deal with all of that anymore....the very worst people I had to deal with were Mercers....there are simply no (polite) words to describe this organisation and its people...I fully realise they are "just doing their jobs"...BUT their aggessiveness and bullying was/is just absolutely appalling.....I don't see why they are allowed to operate in this manner....it is truly horrendous and I don't know how any of the staff can sleep at night!!!![:0]

Hi Octavia

I'm with DFD and haven't had any problems except for when you want to query something which I'm doing at the moment.

The fact that they won't let you talk to your IP and have the phones manned by silly girls that can't really answer your questions is a bit worrying but all in all as long as you are up to date with your payments then all is well!!

I've got my first review with them coming up soon. If the review I had in november after a payrise is anything to go by, it'll be interesting!
Apart from November I've had no contact at all which is as expected. I don't bother calling them though. I email everything, that way you've got it in writing.
