Sorry I cannot help.

There are lots of people on this forum who have different stories relating to their debt and life in general.

Sorry you are having a rubbish time at he moment.

Good luck for the future.

My hub had debts from previous marriage and a few we ran up together though all in his name. We stuck together although difficult at times but he entered an IVA which he completed with a full and final offer 3 years in.

The main thing is, we were commited to each other and to seeing it through. Dont get me wrong, we had a lot of bad times along the way and had to overcome illnesses too but we made it, got stonger and learned a very valuable lesson about not having what we cant afford. I dont regret a minute.

To my namesake!

At the moment you must be feeling hurt, betrayed and a little disbelief - but rest assured probably not as bad as your partner feels. Debt problems are relatively easy to resolve, especially if your husband engages professionals to assist him look at the solutions available, so please don't let this ruin a very precious relationship.

I am sure that your partner has tried to pluck up the courage several times to tell you, but it can't have been easy and he now needs your support.
