Hello there, I am interested in an IVA but I am not a home owner.
Also my bank is one of my large debts, so how do I stop them from
seizing my bank account and account paid into each and every month???
THANK YOU

Hi
You need to open a basic bank account with another bank[not one of your creditors]before you [and if]you start your IVA.Obviously once your new account is open then divert your wages into this account.Make sure that you do not take any credit facilities with the new account otherwise it will form part of your IVA.

Another good Basic cashcard account is with the Clydesdale that is a Scottish bank and it has dual function and online facilities.
