I called the debt buster line and spoke with Aaron Beckman from Greg Pennington. Has anyone had any experiences with them before, good and bad?

A long time ago Gregory pennington handled a dmp for me, it lasted roughly about 6 months. There were many paperwork errors, including the figures they should have copied from statements given to them. They were quite abrupt on the phone and made me feel like a criminal and not someone who needed help out of a problematic situation.

This was about 8-9 years ago so everything may well be better now, but I for one wouldn't even speak to them on the phone now. First impressions last.

Kind Regards.

Hi There J_S

As you would expect, I have heard both good and bad reports about many Debt Management and IVA firms. The best advice i can give you is speak to 2-3 companies. You will then be able to compare them and decide which you like the best.

Different companies do offer different quality of service so it is worth speanding a bit of time at the beginning of this process find someone you feel comfortable with.
